Fees and Insurance

My self-pay/cash rate for individual therapy is $115 an hour. It is $155 an hour for couples/family therapy.

My self-pay/cash rate for couples therapy is $155 an hour.

If you are a Sex Worker, I partner with Pineapple Support who may pay a portion or all of your therapy fees.

If you are Black woman or Black Non-Binary person, I partner with The Loveland Foundation who may pay a portion or all of your therapy fees.

If you are out of network, some health insurance plans will reimburse you part or all of your cost if you submit a superbill.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance, or who choose not to use insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for services.
