Peer Consultation

I offer peer consultation for fellow clinicians.

I have 4 years of experience across community mental health, private practice, and crisis services. In that time, I’ve:

  • Provided harm reduction care and support to people using a range of substances with varying impacts on functioning

  • Navigated involuntary holds and case management

  • Supported people with severe and persistent mental illness across a wide range of functioning levels, including chronic suicidal ideation

I consult on three areas:

  • Trauma-informed, anti-racist, and neurodivergent-affirming care for clients with intersectional identities

  • True harm reduction for clients who use substances in private practice (meeting people where they are, not sneaking abstinence in through the back door)

  • Supporting clients with severe and persistent mental illness in private practice settings, where “just refer out” isn’t always an option
