Licensed associate therapists in Washington State and/or Colorado (e.g., LSWAIC, LMFTA, LPCC, etc.).

Therapists dedicated to delivering accessible, cash‑pay care.
Professionals who are organized, collaborative, and comfortable working independently while feeling supported by a larger practice community.

Promotion through our website and a group Psychology Today profile (we cannot guarantee a specific caseload, but we do drive traffic).
Access to our EHR platform, a Rainy City Therapy email, and a HIPAA‑compliant Google Workspace account.

Streamlined payment processing and optional insurance billing support (when applicable).

Set your own schedule and determine your standard fees.
Work from anywhere—your home office, a co‑working space, or wherever you feel most productive.
Choose to work as little or as much as you like; there are no minimum hour requirements.

Bi‑weekly payroll—you’ll receive payments every two weeks for the sessions you complete.

Active associate clinical license in Washington State (or Colorado, if applicable).
